In cases where an exchange is not feasible or an item arrives defective or incorrect, ZaeyNoor provides prompt refund processing.
Refund Process
- Returned items undergo inspection within 48 hours of reaching our fulfillment center.
- Once approved, refunds are issued directly via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa as per customer preference within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping fees (PKR 250) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verifiable defect or fulfillment error on our part.
